Fall Classes

Did you know that theatre education provides so much more than how to perform on stage  Through acting and improv games, creating characters and stories, young people learn all about how to collaborate with other, to take turns, to express themselves and to embrace all that they are in the most wonderful way.  Though Success and Skill Improv and Acting Class, Samara Learning Center and BEAT Children's Theatre are offering a fun and joyfully challenging class to help students not only improve their artistic selves, but also work on their social skills and life skills.  Designed to be a successful experience for neurodivergent young people in the 4th-8^th grade, this class will explore the wonder of Improv, and the process of putting on a play.  No experience necessary!

We love October and all it's spookiness!  If you love telling spooky stories too, come join us for this fun Junior BEAT workshop!  Over 4 weeks we will put together a short, original play all about the characters and themes of Halloween.  Our young actors will get to create their own spooky characters and their own spooky costumes.  

Final performance will be at the Boo Bash Downtown Bend Oct 28^th/29^th!!

Are you ready to try the stage  Want to get into the Halloween Holiday spirit  Come join us for a fun, 4-week workshop where we will put together some exciting and fun mini-plays to perform.  Actors will learn about creating characters, memorizing lines, stage directions and blocking, and many more important elements to theatre performance.  Plus, we will have the most fun with our crazy selves!  

At the end of 4-weeks we will do a showcase performance for our families!
